［摘   要］数字经济通过改变劳动与资本的结合方式，正在对基于稳定就业和明确劳资关系的现代社会保障制度产生全面而深刻的影响。本文就近年来数字经济对社会保障影响的研究成果进行了较为系统地回顾和梳理，重点分析了数字经济对社会保障筹资和管理领域的挑战以及其对缓解人口老龄化负担、提升社会保障制度运行效率等方面的积极作用。在此基础上归纳了缓解数字经济对社会保障制度负面影响的主要政策措施。最后总结了现有研究的不足之处，并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

Challenges and Opportunities Coexist:  The Research Progress on the Impact of the Digital Economy on Social Security System

Abstract：The digital economy is having a comprehensive and profound impact on the modern social security system based on stable employment and clear labor relations,by changing the way labor and capital are combined.This article systematically reviewed the research results about the impact of the digital economy on social security in recent years,especially focused on the challenges of the digital economy in the field of social security financing and management,as well as its positive rolein alleviating the burden of population aging and improving the operational efficiency of social security system.Based on the above,the main policies and measures to mitigate the negative impact of the digital economy on the social security system were further summarized.Finally,it outlined the shortcomings of the existing research and put forward  the future research prospect.
