[摘   要]数字化已成为资管行业竞争新高地。近年来,我国资管行业保持较快发展,但资管机构科技能力相对滞后,数字化建设中普遍存在业务数据孤岛化、质量差,应用系统烟囱林立、缺乏规划,端到端业务流程机械僵化、流转不畅,技术架构落后、创新技术应用不足等方面的问题。结合海外大型资管机构数字化建设的实践经验和我国资管行业实际情况,本文提出适合国内大型资管机构数字化建设的三步走路径——二次信息化、数据智能化和决策智能化,并提出数字化转型的终极目的是推动业务模式和业务逻辑的系统化、标准化、平台化。在三步走路径规划下,文本结合国内资管机构业务实际及多年数字化建设的实践探索,提出针对国内大型资管机构数字化建设的若干实施建议。

Path Planning and Implementation Suggestions for the Digital Transformation of China′s Large Asset Management Institutions

Abstract:Digitalization has become a new highland of competition in the asset management industry.In recent years,China′s asset management industry has maintained rapid development,but the scientific and technological capacity of asset management institutions lags behind.The common problems in the construction of IT system in China′s asset management industry include:isolated business data with poor quality,fragmentation of application systems due to lack of overall planning,rigid end-to-end process thwarting business flow,and outdated technical architecture and insufficient application of innovative technologies.Taking practical experiences of the digital construction of overseas large-scale asset management institutions and the actual situation of China′s asset management industry into consideration,this paper put forward a three-step path suitable for the digital construction of domestic large-scale asset management institutions - secondary informatization,data intelligence and decision intelligence.It held that the ultimate purpose of digital transformation was to promote the systematization,standardization and platformization of traditional business model and business logic.Under the three-step path,and based on the business situation of domestic asset management institutions and the practice and exploration of digital construction for many years,this paper put forward some implementation suggestions for the digital construction of large-scale domestic asset management institutions.
