［摘   要］我国已经迈上实现第二个百年目标的新征程，保险行业服务共同富裕，既要重视“蛋糕”的分配，也要兼顾将“蛋糕”做大做好。“做大蛋糕”是要通过风险管理、生活保障、长期投资等方式，促进经济高质量发展，夯实共同富裕的物质基础。“分配蛋糕”是要通过兜底防贫、促进公共服务均等化、缓解农业农村脆弱性，缩小收入、区域和城乡差距。我国保险业促进共同富裕的路径包括积极应对老龄化和低利率环境、提高产品和服务的普惠性、体现新发展理念、以客户为中心提升服务质量。未来我国保险业应当通过服务经济的高质量发展和乡村振兴、提升保险保障民生服务水平、加强保险行业数字普惠金融建设，助力实现共同富裕。

A Research on the Function of China′s Insurance Industry in Serving Common Prosperity on the New Journey

Abstract：China has embarked on a new journey to achieve the second Centennial Goal.For insurance industry serving common prosperity,we should not only pay attention to the distribution of "cake",but also give consideration to making the "cake" bigger and better."Making a bigger cake" is to promote high-quality economic development and consolidate the material foundation of common prosperity through risk management,living security and long-term investment.The "cake distribution" is to narrow the income,regional and urban-rural gap through poverty prevention,equalization of public services,and alleviating the vulnerability of agriculture and rural areas.The paths for China′s insurance industry to promote common prosperity include actively coping with population aging and low interest rate environment,improving the inclusive nature of products and services,reflecting new development concepts,focusing on customers and improving service quality.In the future,China′s insurance industry should help achieve common prosperity by serving high-quality development of the national economy and rural revitalization,improving service quality to protect people′s livelihood,and strengthening the construction of digital inclusive finance in the insurance industry.
