［摘   要］在建立健全绿色低碳循环发展经济体系的新时代背景下，绿色保险如何推动经济社会发展方式绿色转型？本文构建了绿色保险对经济社会发展方式绿色转型影响的理论分析框架，并基于2013~2022年我国30个省（自治区、直辖市）的面板数据，使用双向固定效应模型进行实证检验。研究表明：绿色保险与经济社会发展方式绿色转型之间呈显著正相关，其中绿色保险对经济效益、生态效益、社会效益及技术效益都具有显著的正向促进作用，且绿色保险显著促进了东部、西部以及沿海地区的经济社会发展方式绿色转型。机制分析揭示，绿色保险发展通过提高保险发展水平，进而推动经济社会发展方式的绿色转型；绿色保险政策、科技创新发展在绿色保险促进经济社会发展方式绿色转型方面起到正向调节作用。本文建议，持续推动绿色保险及保险行业高质量发展，实施差异化政策助力中部与东北地区发展绿色保险，健全相关法规体系，促进科技创新与绿色保险的结合。

A Research on the Impact of Green Insurance on the Green Transformation of Economic and Social Development Patterns

Abstract：Under the new era of establishing a green,low-carbon,and recyclabe development of the economic system,how can green insurance promote the green transformation of economic and social development patterns? This paper constructs a theoretical analytical framework for the impact of green insurance on the green transformation of economic and social development patterns.Using panel data from 30 Chinese provinces (autonomous regions,municipalities) between 2013 and 2022,we conduct empirical testing through a two-way fixed effects model.The study finds:there exists a significant positive correlation between green insurance and the green transformation of economic and social development patterns.Specifically,green insurance demonstrates significant positive promoting effects on economic benefits,ecological benefits,social benefits,and technological benefits.Moreover,green insurance significantly drives the green transformation of development patterns in eastern,western,and coastal regions.The mechanism analysis reveals that green insurance development facilitates the green transformation by enhancing overall insurance sector development.Green insurance policies and technological innovation play positive moderating roles in this process.This paper recommends to continuously promote high-quality development of green insurance and the insurance industry,implement differentiated policies to boost green insurance development in central and northeastern regions,improve on relevant legal and regulatory systems,and foster integration between technological innovation and green insurance.
