［摘   要］本文梳理各省推进省内异地就医即时结算政策的时间节点，构建理论模型，采用渐进双重差分的方法测度不同地区农村居民异地就医行为。研究发现，省内异地就医即时结算政策的实施使得农村居民的异地就医选择上升5.9%，表明该政策便利了农村居民的异地就医行为，有效提升了农村居民的异地就医需求，而过多的异地就医需求可能会导致县级医院的“空心化”。

A Study on the Impact of Intra-Provincial Instant Settlement Policy for Non-local Medical Treatment on the Choice of Medical Treatment Destination by Rural Residents

Abstract：This Paper summarizes and sorts out the timelines of the provinces to promote the instant settlement policy for non-local medical treatment in the province.It constructs the theoretical model and applies the method of gradual Difference-in-Differences to measure the behaviors of rural residents' non-local medical treatment in different areas.The research finds that the implementation of the intro-province instant settlement policy for non-local medical treatment makes the rural residents’ non-local medical choice rise by 5.9%，which shows that this policy facilitates the rural residents’ medical behaviors away from home，effectively improve their non-local medical treatment demands，but too many such demands may lead to "hollowing out" of county-level hospitals.
